Detective Didi serial is based on character name Bunty Sharma, who is also known as Detective Didi. Bunty is a feisty woman, who uses her attention to detail to solve puzzling crimes along with Bhim, who is an honest policeman. Both of them take on serial killers, crime lords, gangsters and all, both employing desperate measures in desperate situations. Detective Didi is a popular Indian television serial Detective and Drama serial, which premiered on December 9, 2017 on Zee TV and produced by Trilogy Krikos Production. The serial is starring Manish Goplani and Sonia Balani in lead roles. Detective Didi is directed by Vikram Ghai and Mohit Jha, and the written by Ila Bedi Dutta, Sanjay Kumar, Malavika Asthana, and Styam K. Tripathi.

Episode One
Seeing the rising crime rate in Delhi, Detective Didi aka Bunty Sharma, takes it upon herself to wipe crime from the area. Living in the busy streets of Chandni Chow, Bunty learns of a child trafficking racket going on in the city. Bunty decides to follow the lead and catch hold of the mastermind behind this racket.
Episode Two
While chasing an important clue regarding the child trafficking racket, Bunty gets hit by a bullet and falls down unconscioius. Meanwhile, Gattu gets teased by his friends while playing football that his father is not there with him. On the other hand, the Sheikh from Dubai calls up Salman to ask what is the progress with the children who have to be smuggled. Will Detective Didi regain consciousness and unmask this racket?

Episode Eight
Bunty sees Sangeeta running on the road as Sangeeta's body catches fire. Later, the people start protesting against Sangeeta's in-laws after they assume that they are responsible for her accident. Shortly after that, the police cross-examine Sangeeta's in-laws about the incident. Later, the in-laws tell the police that they are innocent. After a while, Bunty decides to investigate the case after Sangeeta's in-laws are released on bail.
