In these two years, the life of the Noons has undergone tremendous change, with Rithvik who is the heart of the family has gone into Coma, from the Noon’s business collapsing. The life of Noon’s is in shambles until enters Vikrant, the stepson of Vijaypath, who enters as a blessing in disguise. Palak is now married to Vikrant as she can’t ignore the things he has done for her family. The only thing holding Palak together is her daughters happiness as they grow fond of Vikrant. Will Rithvik be able to remember his past? Will he find a way back to his love Palak?

Hate at First Sight
While trying to save her friend Aarohi, Dr. Palak gets a glimpse of the future heir of Noon Pharmaceuticals, Ritwik Noon. Some time passes and at a grand celebration at the Noon house, Palak crosses paths with Ritwik again. He quickly becomes the most hated man in Palak's life, as he ruins an emotion very close to her heart.
A Bitter Medicine
Ritwik Noon loves his family, but hates women. Could his painful past be a reason? Palak is a diligent medical professional who doesn't work under any influence. When Noon Pharmaceuticals' file reaches her desk for approval, even Ritwik Noon himself is not able to get her to approve. How will Ritwik and Palak manage to separate the personal from the professional?
The Noons Don't Give Up
The Noons try their best to bring their new medicine to the market. Ritwik might just have a clever plan to get Dr. Reddy to sign. Will Palak be able to stop this? When not working, the Noons love to come together and have fun as a family. Meanwhile, Palak's parents try to set her up with a possible marriage proposal.
Palak's Got a Plan
Palak is neither convinced nor ready to give up, even after learning Dr. Reddy's side of the story. With her journalist friend Setu, Palak hatches a plan to get more information about Ritwik Noon's new medicine. But Ritwik and the entire Noon family get a reality check when one of them ends up in a life-threatening situation.
A Pall of Gloom
Crisis hits the Noons hard as the company's integrity is questioned by the media. Ritwik holds himself guilty and responsible for these trying times. On one hand, Palak is satisfied with the new development but Ritwik vows to make her cry. Could Ritwik's hatred for women be misplaced?
A Tricky Proposition
Vijaypath successfully manages the media and the reputation of his company. Ritwik tries to manage the problem called Palak by offering her a job she can't refuse. He is ready to go to any lengths to prove to her that the new medicine is truly market ready. Palak accepts the offer but Ritwik Noon makes some arrangements to make Palak's first day at work miserable.
The Turning Point
At the end of her first day at Noon Biotech, Palak is left tired and exhausted but her can-do spirit is intact. Nothing that Ritwik attempts will deter Palak from her goal. This infuriates Ritwik further and makes his resolve of creating hell in Palak's life stronger. Meanwhile, Ritwik's sister Reeva is beginning to have second thoughts over her relationship with Samar.
A Battle of Egos
Palak prepares for her presentation but Ritwik is well prepared to foil it. As fate would have it, some plans are meant to fail while others are meant to fall in place. It doesn't end here, as Palak has another wild idea to show Ritwik his place. Will Palak beat Ritiwk or vice versa? Is the rivalry between Palak and Ritwik going too far?
