About
Aditya Dev (Vipul Roy) and Manav Desai (Kiku Sharda) are two policemen who work under Commissioner Gogol Chatterjee (Johnny Lever). They are very different in nature but slowly start to become good friends. Dev falls in love with Aisha Natkarni (Kishwar Merchant), who is a lawyer and Desai is in love Aisha's smaller sister Dolly Natkarni (Shweta Gulati). They both live with Neena Natkarni (Ashwini Kalsekar), their mother, a widow and an old friend of Chatterjee. The story revolves around how this characters make a whole series of entertainment around the different cases the policemen solve with lots of comedy and entertainment for the audience.

Aditya leaves Manav in the police station and goes to his work. Meanwhile, Aditya sees an ambulance stuck in the traffic due to a fight between two people. Aditya tells those people to solve the issue at some other place and make way for ambulance go. Aditya gets angry to see Manav inside the ambulance. How will partners come together?

Dolly gets kidnapped and her sister receives a phone call for the ransom. Inspector Manav receives kidnappers call and warns him that he will the money, but Dolly should be safe. Manav tries to bargain, but instead, the kidnapper demands more money. How will Manav and Aditya solve this case?
Kidnapping is Not For Money
Inspector Aditya and Inspector Manav get caught while looking for Ayesha and Dolly. Aditya tells Ayesha that kidnapping is not done to demand money, but it is done to present her in front of the court from kidnappers side. Will Aditya and Manav be able to collectively solve the case?

Dolly screams while reading horror storybook. Inspector Aditya tells the restaurant owner that the police has removed the seal from her restaurant. Meanwhile, restaurant owner gives more clue towards the case and inspector Aditya decides to seal the restaurant again. Will Aditya and Manav be able to catch the murderer?
A Blind Prince
Commissioner Gogol Chatterjee tells inspector Aditya and inspector Manav to investigate a murder case of a King. He tells that during the murder, Prince was with the King, but the twist is that he is blind. How Aditya and Manav solve the case being partners?
