Terrace House: Boys × Girls Next Door was a Japanese reality television series in the Terrace House franchise. It originally aired on Fuji Television's "Cool TV" segment from October 12, 2012 to September 29, 2014 for eight seasons, after which a standalone movie was released as a continuation/conclusion of the show. The show took place in a modernistic house with a terrace located in the Shōnan area.

Six complete strangers live together in a beautiful house overlooking the ocean -- where friendship, love, jealousy and drama unfold.

Season 2
Masato and Rie have moved on, but the house continues into its second year as two new members join Tetsu, Shota, Momoko and Seina.

As the unscripted reality show's third season kicks off, Daiki and Hana's romance continues, the house welcomes new members and Tetsu is still around.

Season 4
Hana, Oji and Aya are gone but Tetsu, Daiki and Miwako remain as the summer heats up and new members fan the flames of romance.

Season 5
Drama is in the air as aspiring actor Tetsuya and the rest of the crew moves into a gleaming new ocean-view property.

Season 6
The drama continues as new roommates change the dynamics inside the "share house" in this reality show.

Season 7
More newcomers join Tetsuya and friends at Terrace House in the next chapter of this swanky reality show.

Season 8
New faces bring new intrigue to the house and Tetsuya gets another shot at love in the next installment of the series.

The Beginning of Something New Or...
The housemates bond by cooking together at their new home. Some of their problems come to light. The boys talk about which of the girls they like.

Tetsuya tells Seina that he can’t just tell Kitahara that he likes her, because there is too much for her to lose. Masato’s competition day arrives.

The One She Truly Longs For...?
After finding out that Kitahara isn't really interested in Tetsuya, Momoko asks the pop star what kind of guy she likes.

Disharmony in the Terrace House
Masato and Seina talk in the morning after kissing the night before. Tetsuya finds out that Masato asked Kitahara out on a date.
