Season three takes place three months after his stint in rehab, with Brockmire doing play-by-play in the radio booth for the major leagues in central Florida during spring training while maintaining his brazen and narcissistic tendencies, despite actually being on the wagon. When an opportunity arises for Jim and his new co-host Gabby to take over as lead broadcasters in Oakland, he must fight to change his ever-present amorality.

The fourth and final season jumps ahead to a dystopian, climate-changed 2030 when Jim Brockmire — clean-and-sober but still eloquently nasty — is named commissioner of baseball.

After walking in on his wife in bed with the neighbor, famed MLB announcer Jim Brockmire has an epic job-ending meltdown live on the air. A decade later, he decides to reclaim his career calling minor league games in an unknown rust belt small town.

Winning Streak
Jim and Jules hook up the night before the Frackers win a game. They attempt to keep the lucky streak going on and off the field. Meanwhile, Brockmire contemplates what Jules means to him.

Kangaroo Court
The players hold an intense kangaroo court. Jules urges Brockmire to mediate. Meanwhile, Charles wonders why Brockmire thinks he is gay.

Retaliation
Brockmire's ex-wife, Lucy, reappears. Forced to confront his emotions, Brockmire defaults to drinking. Things quickly spiral out of control when he finds a target for his anger.

Breakout Year
Brockmire attempts fame again. Jules and Charles work to make him a household name. Their efforts pay off when he gains a very unexpected fan base.

Road Trip
Brockmire and Jules have a pregnancy scare. Brockmire works out his father issues with Charles. Jules and Brockmire decide to take a road trip to Pittsburgh.

Old Timers Day
Brockmire attends an event honoring broadcasters. Charles attempts to impress a young lady.

It All Comes Down to This
Brockmire makes a decision. He must choose between staying in Morristown or returning to the major leagues.
