About
Nineteen-year-old Anna, living at the end of the nineteenth century in the town of Zatonsk, unexpectedly discovers that she possesses supernatural powers. The spirits of the dead literally haunt her, begging to help. Aided by her visions, Anna manages to investigate and solve a number of mysterious crimes which have baffled the police. An experienced detective, 37-year-old Yakov Shtolman, who is assigned to the police department and teams up with Anna and becomes her partner in hunting down criminals.

An investigation ensues after Tatiana’s body is found in the river. Shtolman interrogates Anna’s uncle Pyotr, swiftly taking him into custody as a suspect. During an encounter with the drowned woman near the riverbank, Anna finds Mazaev’s bloody cane. An additional seance is performed, unveiling Tatiana’s true murderer.

Young girls practicing dark magic and satanic rituals in an abandoned house leave one of their friends dead in the process. Suspecting the victim’s acquaintances, Shtolman brings them in for questioning. Anna arrives on the scene, sensing great evil among the girls.

Anna visits the graveyard from her visions, stumbling upon the hooded man. Revealing his secret desires to Anna of power and revenge, the Prince of Dark returns to the abandoned house to receive his precious: the amulet. However, Shtolman and his men arrive just in time.

A bare knuckle fighter and his fiancee are killed in the same night. Meanwhile, Anna dreams that Shtolman is in grave danger. Anton and Anna seek to uncover the myth behind a silent, yet lethal attack: The Perisher.
