They get a desperate call from Jacqui. What was supposed to be a birthday celebration to remember has turned into a nightmare Jacqui can't forget. Lucky for her, Dirk is famous for fixing horrific tattoos.

Monkey Business

Dirk and Ruckus meet up with a "player" that thought he had all the right moves. Unfortunately, Lavon played himself into a tattoo disaster when he tried to impress the ladies with his bad ink. Later, the guys rescue Wendy from her lost in translation tattoo. Wendy went abroad for a trip to re-invent herself after a late in life divorce. Wendy came back with something worse and permanent.

Dirk and Ruckus meet two college buddies with a bet to see who could get the worst tattoo. But they're not interested in cover-ups; Dirk is challenged to settle the score by making their tattoos even more ridiculous. Next they meet Kelly: she broke her ex's nose after catching him with another woman, but her one true regret is the tattoo she got in haste to represent moving on after her breakup

Who Needs a Tattervention?

Dirk and Ruckus are called by a desperate husband to stage a "tattervention" to convince his wife Kristen that her inappropriate tattoo has got to go. Then the guys meet Jordan out on the Vegas Strip. His story of mixing booze, a blind-fold and a novice tattoo artist turned out to be a bad choice for Jordan and now he needs Dirk's help.

When Animal Tattoos Attack

Vanessa got a tattoo out of spite and now it's getting in the way of her fitness model career. Dirk finds a way to turn her terrifying tattoo into a work of art. Ruckus plays a prank on Dirk by setting up an appointment with a client that has an unforgettable animal tattoo. Josh's "spirit animal" has taken over his body and he needs Dirk to set him, and a certain "private" part of his body, free.

A retired cop has committed a tattoo crime when he had his nickname immortalized on his body. Now his girlfriend refuses to marry him unless the tattoo goes. Kristen thought she knew exactly what she wanted for her first tattoo. The only problem was she was 16 and had to go underground to get her underage tattoo disaster.
