About
The plot follows detectives Karl Roebuck and Elise Wasserman working together to find a serial killer who left the upper-half body of a French politician and the lower-half of a British prostitute in the Channel Tunnel, at the midpoint between France and the UK. They later learn that the killer—who comes to be nicknamed the "Truth Terrorist"—is on a moral crusade to highlight many social problems, terrorising both countries in the process

When a prominent French politician is found dead on the border between the UK and France, presumably under the sea, detectives Karl Roebuck and Elise Wassermann are sent to investigate. The police are forced into an uneasy international alliance after a shocking crime scene discovery.
Sabotage
While Elise Wassermann and Karl Roebuck are back to investigate the case of a French couple who are abducted from the Eurotunnel, the case gets complicated by a plane crash into the Channel.
Vengeance
A stolen fishing boat found adrift and on fire in the English channel turns into a new case for Karl and Elise. Together and apart, they are forced to grapple with decisions they have made and must make decisions that cut to the deadly heart of the matter: what is the value of a single life?

Episode 7
Police think they may finally have a lead as the serial killer's actions escalate in his fifth and final 'truth', inciting mob violence in England and France.
Episode 8
French police capture but then lose the prime suspect before Elise mysteriously disappears. As Karl searches Danny's flat, things start to fall into place.
