About
Matthew Ko, Aircrewman Officer II of the Government Flying Service (GFS), and Benjamin Yip, Pilot I, frequently work together. While Benjamin flies an aircraft, Matthew rescues people. Matthew and Benjamin are appointed to train Aircrewman Officer III, Sandra Si, and Cadet Pilot, Kelvin Chiang. Both fresh graduates from training school. Meanwhile, when Matthew's girlfriend Carrie Hong suddenly loses her memory and seeks comfort from Benjamin, it causes a rift between the two colleagues. GFS staff are always ready to dive into the water and climb up mountains to save lives. How do they tackle their own challenges?

Season 1
Episode 1
A group of university students visits the Headquarters of the Government Flying Services (GFS). Aircrewman Officer II KO HO FUNG MATTEWS acts as a guide to brief them the equipments of helicopters. The rescue alarm goes off. FUNG returns to his post at once and joins his team in rescuing an injured person, who suffers bone fractures and been saved by some fishermen. KO YU CHEONG, FUNG’s father, has a second marriage. FUNG gets along very well with his stepmother and half sister, KO HO OI. When a couple is hiking on TUNG LUNG Island, the wife loses her step and falls off a cliff. Her husband suffers the same fate when he is trying to rescue her. FUNG and YIP CHING WAN BENJAMIN, who is a Pilot I, hurry to the spot on receiving the report. WAN, who is very experienced, locates the injured before long. Despite the treacherous terrain, FUNG and WAN manage to have rescued the couple……
Episode 2
The 16 trainees who have applied for Aircrewman Officers III are divided into 2 groups for discussion. FUNG has a good impression on SZE CHOR KEI Sandra, the only female trainee and who has bright ideas during the discussion. CHIANG KA NOK KELVIN, an Aircrewman Officer II on probation, is on his first day at work. WAN, his superior, has been very demanding. NOK is teased by CHOW SIU KUEN NIKKI, a communicator at GFS; NOK does not know how to react. FUNG is cleaning up at LAM’s place when he recalls the time he and LAM spent together. KEI has twisted her ankle. She, nevertheless, insists in taking part in the water test. As a result, her performance is affected. FUNG goes to ask a favor of YIU TAK KEUNG, Aircrewman Officer I, for KEI. KEI can stay in the service as last. WAN brings along his son, YIP MAN PAK JACKY, to go on a date with an air hostess named EVA. PAK likes EVA a lot and suggests his father to take action in courting her……
Episode 3
Although the success rate of LAM’s operation is only 50 percent, FUNG is confident that she will recover. A teenager has gone missing after falling into the sea on TAI HANG Island. FUNG eventually locates him in the vast open sea, but he cannot survive the mishap. Despite this, his family members come to thank FUNG at GFS. When LAM is undergoing the operation, FUNG repairs the antique car that she loves most so that he can take her home in the car when she is discharged. EVA suggests going to WAN’s place to visit PAK after their date. Seeing that KUEN, a colleague and a neighbor of WAN’s, gets along well with PAK and that she is at WAN’s home at this time of day, EVA ridicules KUEN when WAN is not around. LAM wakes up after the operation. FUNG hurries to hospital, only to find that LAM cannot recognize him.
Episode 4
NOK cannot answer WAN’s questions on aviation. WAN therefore decides to cancel the flight training. NOK has a great sense of loss. He tells KUEN about his unhappiness. PAK is attending a birthday party of his classmate. EVA dresses him up as a little bee. As a result, PAK gets jeered at by his classmates for his looks. PAK cannot stop crying. EVA yells at him, asking him to keep quiet. MAN knows then that EVA will not make a good mother. He lies to her that KUEN is his girlfriend so as to get rid of her. WAN is flying a group of VIPs over the sky of Hong Kong when the Control Center calls and requests him of an urgent operation. WAN has to go back down, which annoys his guests, who claim that they will make a complaint. WAN explains to them the code of practice and calm them down. NOK appreciates what WAN has done as he witnesses the whole incident. OI takes LAM home, hoping to recall her memory. LAM drives away when OI is not around……
Episode 5
LAM gets lost. Panic, she makes a random phone call. FUNG, who is looking for her, is thrilled to receive her call. He thinks that she has regained her memory at last. To his disappointment, LAM says in tears that she doesn’t remember being with FUNG in the past, and that she can feel the pressure every time she sees him. Helplessly and unwittingly, FUNG splits up with her. FUNG is very upset. Without himself realizing it, he tests KEI with his problems with LAM. KEI thinks that FUNG makes things difficult for her intentionally. CHEUNG MAN YUI, WAN’s ex-wife, returns to Hong Kong for business. She is assigned to go to the GFS to gather materials for a feature article. WAN makes an appointment for YUI and PAK. PAK is disappointed to know that she cannot make it because of work. KEI and TSIK CHI KAN DEREK have become members of the GFS……
Episode 6
A fire breaks out in Tai Mo Mountain; 16 hikers are trapped there. The GFS are on the move to save lives again. Regardless of the risk, FUNG goes to save the hikers upwind. The 16 hikers have all been rescued. LAM learns from the news report that there is an officer injured in the rescue. She rushes to the hospital, worrying that that injured officer is FUNG. The police suspect that there is still an illegal immigrant on the mountain. FUNG and his mates have to scour the spot during the night. In the complete darkness on the mountain, FUNG finds the illegal immigrant, who has turned on his torch. Because of the incident, FUNG has learnt how to deal with his problem with LAM. FUNG goes to hospital again. LAM no longer resists him and is willing to make friends with him. YUI attends PAK’s baseball training. KUEN, who is also there to cheer PAK up, puts on a long face when she sees YUI and WAN being so intimately with each other……
Episode 7
KEI and KAN follow FUNG and KEUNG on a rescue. FUNG and KEUNG use a rather relaxed way to demonstrate the rescue process. KEI is unhappy with FUNG’s unserious ways of teaching. KEI and a good friend of hers, LUI PIK SHAN WING, are shopping when they see NOK at an opening ceremony of a sportswear chain shop of his parents. They know then that NOK comes from a rich family. KEI grasps the chance to ask him for some coupons, which she plans to buy some shoes for the children of an orphanage. NOK is touched. Stealthily he takes some photos of KEI and the orphans. YUI has returned to France for work. WAN receives a speedy post from YUI, stating that she would like to start over with WAN. WAN is overjoyed and looking forward to YUI’s coming to Hong Kong. As for FUNG, he is trying hard to go after LAM. LAM wishes that she could work at the A&E Department again……
Episode 8
KEI is receiving the 3rd stage of training at GFS. When she knows that FUNG is her tutor, she is discouraged. KEI keeps forgetting about the feelings of the injured during the training; FUNG reprimands her for lacking concentration. KEI does not agree though. KUEN has knit a piece of scarf for WAN. After listening to what Sister LIN has said, she changes her mind and gives the scarf to PAK instead. KUEN pours out her heart to NOK. He points out that she has fallen in love with WAN. KUEN is very nervous. She forces NOK to swear that he would keep it a secret. WAN, who is nearby, mistakes that NOK is courting KUEN and so feels happy for her. KEI, SAN and KAN move into NOK’s home. KEI puts on a long face as soon as she knows that FUNG is NOK’s neighbor. Doctor CHING, who used to be the doctor in charge of LAM’s illness, asks LAM to go to a play. FUNG stealthily buys a ticket to enter the opera, hoping that he will “bump into” LAM.
