About
An indefatigable and boastful woman, Mandy Mak, wants to be a wedding etiquette guide after she gets the axe, simply for its simple job nature and attractive income. Chong Sze-tim, an expert in the trade, declines to take her as a student as she sees through Mandy’s motive. Mandy will not yield though. She tries her best to please Sze-tim’s younger brother, Chong Sze-chai, and his wife, Phoebe Szeto, who employ her as a coordinator in their bridal wear company. When Mandy meets a wedding photographer through the company, her view on life changes.

Season 1
Episode 1
MAK YAT-MAN is a boastful person who always talks wildly. She attends her cousin’s wedding with her mother, CHEUNG SUET-HA, and younger brother, MAK YAT-MING. HA thinks very highly of wedding coordinator CHONG SZ-TIM. MING is getting married with CHIU WING-FUNG, who comes from a prestigious family. HA wants TIM to be the coordinator of their wedding. TIM is attentive and dedicated at work. She also cares a lot about her staff. Her daughter, MA HIU-CHING, however, finds her garrulous. Her younger brother, CHONG SZ-CHAI, was an undertaker before he joins his wife, SZETO FEI-FEI PHOEBE, in running Only You, which is a bridal wears company. CHAI wants his son, CHONG CHUNG-LEUNG LEO (from his first marriage), to study in Australia. MAN has been fired. She therefore wants to cut the budget for MING’s wedding. She quarrels with TIM when she refuses to charge less……
Episode 2
HA TIN-SANG SUMMER, one of the photographers of Only You, suddenly extends his overseas holiday. His clients grumble about this, but there is nothing PHOEBE can do about this. CHEUNG KING-YUEN KING, another photographer, complains he is being left in the cold. The son of MRS. CHAN, wife of a high official, is getting married. Her assistant requests that Only You’s wedding coordinator has a good marriage herself. PHOEBE tells the assistant to be rest-assured. The truth is, TIM’s husband left the family many years ago. TIM does not want to lie, and so she asks her student LEUNG KWAI to take the order. MAN enrolls on an intensive wedding coordinator training course. The instructor, WONG MEI-HO, brags about the prospects for wedding coordinators. KWAI shops for TIM. He reveals TIM’s marriage problem to HO by accident. In order to suppress TIM, HO tells the papers about this. TIM is very upset. She apologizes to MRS. CHAN’s in person……
Episode 3
MAN is determined to do something big in her new career. TIM sees HO cheating a client at a restaurant. She goes up to unmask her. The two end up in a quarrel. MAN runs into her former boyfriend, CHIU. He would like to sell the niche they bought together. Finding the idea very good, she signs the contract right away. In fact, he makes huge profits selling niches, and he has never loved MAN. MAN accuses him of being shameless after she has found out about these. SUMMER lines up overnight for a parrot crystal and so is late for his appointment with MRS. CHAN’s son, DON, and his fiancee, ADA. SUMMER finally shows up with CHAI. It turns out that parrots have a special meaning to DON. DON and ADA are very happy. KING and SUMMER grew up together in the same orphanage. KING learnt photography from SUMMER. KING wants to quit; SUMMER cheers him up. MAN is promoting on the street. PHOEBE appreciates her……
Episode 4
MAY pays advance money at Only You. With a view to getting her money back from selling the niche, MAN agrees to be MAY’s wedding coordinator. It is raining. SUMMER and MAN fight over a taxi. She gets wet as a result. SUMMER’s good friend TONG YIN-SHAN patronizes Only You. SHAN is not in speaking terms with her mother. Her fiance, HOI, used to be a prisoner. Her mother therefore does not like him. SHAN however insists in marrying him. SUMMER sees HOI being with PAO, who is a triad member. He worries about SHAN. CHIU pays MAN back for fear she would create troubles. MAY sees them. He lies that MAN is blackmailing him. In order to revenge her, MAY picks on MAN deliberately. MAN hurts MAY accidentally. MAY pretends to be disabled and demands two million dollars’ compensation from MAN and Only You. CHAI and PHOEBE are deeply troubled by the lawsuit. Conscience-stricken, MAN apologizes to MAY. MAY will not let her off though……
Episode 5
SHAN asks HOI how he was injured. He lies that he has borrowed money from the loan shark. She finds his reason dubious though. SUMMER puts HOI up at Only You. He warns HOI not to hurt SHAN. MAN is very serious about her job. TIM takes on a new look on her. MING has returned from his honeymoon. MAN advices him to give his manager, MO, a present. Somebody attacks HOI. SUMMER saves him, but he loses Only You’s documents during the chaos. According to HOI, SHAN jumped into the sea after quarreling with her mother. HOI saved her, and they went out with each other after that. Recently, PAU forced him to rob a bank. He reported this to the police instead. This is why PAU wants to kill him. Unwilling to involve SHAN into trouble, he decides to break up with her. His story reminds SUMMER of his relationship with HON CHI-YIU six years ago. SUMMER was a bar tender then. He studied photography in the States after he had saved up enough money……
Episode 6
SHAN is grounded by her mother. She climbs down from the window, but SUMMER takes her back home. SUMMER remembers how YIU and he hid their relationship from her father five years ago. One day, he introduced himself to her father. On one hand, her father commended him for his study plan, he speeded up his immigration to Canada on the other. YIU did not have the courage to go against his father. SUMMER was heartbroken when she left him. LEO invests the money he has borrowed from TIM in the stock market. CHAI tells LEO to work as an assistant at Only You, this way he will not be idling about anymore. SHAN lies to SUMMER that she will leave HOI. SUMMER believes her. The police want to use HOI as a bait to draw PAU out. SHAN checks out on PAO’s voice mail. She rushes to the pier to look for HOI. PAO arrives shortly afterwards. So do the police. Holding SHAN hostage, PAO forces HOI to break out the police’s encirclement……
Episode 7
FUNG’s staff, LAN, asks Only You to organize her wedding but hires HO as her coordinator. MAN and SUMMER argue a lot. HO cheats LAN. TIM argues with her. Surprisingly, HO tells her it is KWAI she should blame. In fact, KWAI is a scapegoat, but as he owes HO money there is nothing he can do about it. TIM provides free service to LAN for KWAI’s sake. TIM tells MAN how she and HO turned from friends to foes. HO was TIM’s student six years ago. TIM taught HO everything she knew about wedding, and even lent her money when she was in need. HO, however, betrayed TIM by setting up her own company. What’s more, she named the company “Nice Marriage”, same as TIM’s. LAN would like to get slim. MAN recommends a beauty centre to her. LAN faints after taking slimming drugs. TIM blames MAN. LAN and her boyfriend have a fierce argument in the hospital. TIM mediates between them. FUNG is pregnant……
Episode 8
SUMMER and his friends are taking part in the Party Game Night organized by a bar. Seemingly, MAN is not interested, but she shows up at the bar with her good friend LAM YEE-LING later. SUMMER laughs at her. MAN is interested in a customer named YU CHI-KEUNG. She finds out later that he is a PR. LEO takes MIKI to Only You for a one-night-stand. KEUNG applies for the post of make-up artist at Only You. MAN is very embarrassed to see him again. MIKI pesters a lot. LEO keeps a distance from her. MIKI goes to Only You, requesting to try out bridal wear. She surprises PHOEBE immensely when she claims that she is LEO’s girlfriend and that they are getting married. LEO tells PHOEBE who MIKI is. KEUNG and the other are going to a nightclub. CHAI dares not join them and ends up being called “indoorsman”. TIM and PHOEBE invite MIKI home for dinner. They quite like her at the beginning……
