The Green Hornet and Kato respond in the infamous Black Beauty and hit the streets to track down this villainous culprit.

Eventually the District Attorney and The Green Hornet find that Peter Eden, owner of the Vale of Eden, has been leaving ""suggestions"" in these people's subconscious dreams after receiving treatments from the Vale of Eden.
