Amid a dengue outbreak at the hospital, Akshat connects with a patient's son, seeing a glimpse of himself in the young boy.

At the hospital, Mr. Chaddha opens up about his personal life, complicating their workday.

Mr. Chaddha has gonorrhea and insists the doctors keep it secret from his wife, Komal, frustrating Sanjh. Dr. Sandip warns her about confidentiality. Komal gets aggressive with her husband, and Rishi steps in to comfort her, discovering her injury is from Mr. Chaddha. Sanjh confesses her feelings for Akshat, while Rishi reveals the truth to Komal.

Sanjh offers to help Akshat after his long shift, but when he invites her for coffee, she thinks he likes her. Ruchi tells her she’s being illogical.
