Season 1
Episode 1
Su Ji is a national psychiatrist and a star doctor at Haedeul Hospital who is always busy from morning to night. Besides, her sister, Na Young, is an eating show reporter who dreams of becoming a news anchor. Meanwhile, U Ri gets discharged from the military and heads straight to Haedeul Hospital.
Episode 2
Following a promising Bibi Roll investment briefing, Jang Soo is optimistic about advancing his position in the restaurant industry. Meanwhile, Do Young finds himself at a police station after a rap battle confrontation with his longtime rival. Meanwhile, Su Ji is tasked with hosting the 50th-anniversary celebration of Haedeul Hospital, while U Ri expresses disappointment with her tendency to prioritize other concerns over patients.
Episode 3
U Ri spends his day dealing with the persistent requests of Su Ji's patients and their caretakers. Meanwhile, Su Ji grapples with memories from her childhood that unexpectedly resurface at The Courtyard House. Unaware of Su Ji's inner turmoil, U Ri becomes irritated upon discovering that Su Ji has discarded the sorghum rice cake balls gifted by Sun Young. Meanwhile, Jin Tae's birthday is marked by Ma Ri's indifference, dampening the festivities.

Meanwhile, Hyun Sung returns home after ending his long life in the US.

Ma Ri and Hyun Sung visit the temple to pay their respects to Ma Ri's late father, but Hyun Sung senses there is someone else Ma Ri is mourning. U Ri takes a crushing kick from Su Ji and throws out his back. Meanwhile, Na Young gets invited to dinner with the chief director of the broadcasting station.
Episode 6
Doo Ri faces a financial dilemma when she's unfairly forced to foot the bill for damaged clothes. Ma Ri asserts control over Jin Tae by unilaterally altering 50th-anniversary plans. As Na Young's cheek swells with a fiery red hue, Yoon Ja's frustration escalates beyond harsh words, intensifying the tension with Su Ji.
Episode 7
Doo Ri refuses to let her hard-earned money slip away without actively seeking out the one accountable. She initiates picketing outside the company's entrance. Following a pleasant dinner with his parents, Hyun Sung encounters Su Ji and U Ri seemingly enjoying themselves together at the restaurant. Meanwhile, Sun Young reflects on the tragic accident she experienced 27 years ago.

Na Young is enraged at Su Ji for not keeping her promise to arrange a lesson with Ms. Son. U Ri is troubled by Su Ji’s abrupt change in demeanor ever since he mentioned seeing her cry at the hospital. Jang Soo is anxious as he frets over Mr. Gong disappearing. Meanwhile, the highly anticipated 50th-anniversary celebration at Haedeul Hospital unexpectedly leads to a reunion with Su Ji's former friend.
