The Adventures of Tenali Raman is an Indian animated television series that premiered on Cartoon Network on 14 June 2003. It was based on one of the most popular and best-loved characters of Indian folklore. It was produced by Toonz Animation Studios, Trivandrum. Promoted with the tagline "Get Ready for the Rama Effect", the series aired every Saturday and Sunday on Cartoon Network in India.

The king's horses are unable to catch up with the intruder's horse, and the king makes a hasty decision to buy horses from Rajguru's mysterious trader. Will Tenali Raman be successful in alerting the king of the Trader's plans, and his identity?

As Tenali cotinues to enlighten the kingdom of Vijayanagara with his wisdom, Rajguru seems to despise his talents and wishes to bring him down. Soon, Rajguru finds two thieves to steal and outwit Tenali but Tenali has already discovered the plan. Tenali creates his own plan of fooling the thieves. Will Tenali be successful in defeating Rajguru and the thieves.

Tenali Raman is astounded by Artikula Mola's poetry, and refuses to accept her as a genius. As Rajguru senses a smoldering ember of envy within Tenali, he requests the king to allow Artikula to recite poems, in order to fuel the envious feelings within Tenali. Krishnadevaraya's bed-ridden mother's last wish is a mango. The emperor's Brahmin, Rajguru, sends the guards to search for mangoes, but the emperor's mother passes away. Seizing the opportunity, Rajguru tells the king to gift all the Brahmins a golden mango each, to let his mother's soul rest in peace. Not one to let his king get fooled so easily, Tenali comes up with a smart plan.
