Going for Gold
The female Elite team head to Brussels to battle the best artistic gymnasts in Europe at the start of the season, but for Amelie, one of the UK's brightest young stars, things take a dramatic twist. And Nile Wilson, back from his incredible success at the Commonwealth Games, sets the first of his Gym Star Challenges.

Bouncing Back
The rhythmic team has a fight on their hands when a long-term member quits, and so the team's reserve steps in to try and save the day. For the first time ever, the Acrobatic Men's Four are invited to trials for the World Championships - but when it comes to costumes for the day, they realise their performance on the floor is not their only concern! And Olympic and Commonwealth champion Nile Wilson sets what for most is an impossible challenge.

Starting Over
Acrobatic gymnastic duo Kirsten and Finn struggle to overcome their last big fall as they prepare for the biggest season of their lives. Fresh back from her competition in Belgium, Phoebe must give up her much-loved floor routine if she has any chance of scoring highly at the British Championships... but lucky for Phoebe, her idol - Olympic gymnast Ruby Harrold - comes by to give a guiding hand.

Fear of Falling
It's competition time for the acrobatic gymnasts, who are all heading off to Glasgow for the Scottish Championships. The stakes are high for both the teams, as success here will put them one step closer to selection for the GB Acro World Championship squad. But with the memory of Kirsten's fall at their last big competition, will Finn and Kirsten be able to hold their nerve and perform a clean routine? And for the Acro Men's Four, will youngest member Daniel be able to shine when the spotlight is on him?

Life Changes
Welsh National Men's champion gymnast Cameron has a lot on his plate - at school he's busy preparing for his A-level final dance performance, whilst at the gym he has the biggest competition of his career fast approaching and needs to put in the hours to give him the best chance of success.

Breaking Free
Joe, Olly and Oscar are gymnasts with a difference - they don't like strict rules, competitions or trying to achieve a perfect performance, but they love a challenge, testing their limits and most of all having freestyle fun in the gym with their mates. Inspired by the gym vloggers who are fast becoming internet sensations, the boys have decided to become film producers for the day and create their own Free-G video to post online. Ten-year-old artistic gymnast Madi has many challenges to overcome as she sets off for her first British Gymnastics residential training camp - not least of all learning how to do her own pony tail! Thankfully mum gives her a quick 'hair-up' master class before she sets off, so it's just her gymnastics that she needs to focus on when she meets the national coaches.

A Star is Born
Before Abi started training at the gym she drove her family mad because she could never sit still, but her energy and physical agility has impressed her coaches and Abi is starting to live and breathe gymnastics. With her best friend and fellow team mate Sophie, the girls are putting in all the hours to train for the annual gala where they hope to wow the audience and show them what stars they really are. Back in the gym with the Acro squad, for once it's not holding a balance that's at the forefront of their minds - it's romance! Valentine fever has broken out and love is most definitely in the air...

The Last Dance
After success at the Scottish Championships, acrobatic pair Finn and Kirsten have their sights firmly set on selection for Acro World Championships, but for this they need a medal-winning routine. So coach Nikki has brought in top choreographer Andrew Griffiths - the man behind Britain's Got Talent winners, Spellbound, who hopefully holds the key to success. Meanwhile, things aren't going so well for acrobatic duo and best friends Dove and Izzy and coach Nikki thinks she knows why. It's time for a talk with the girls when they'll need to make some difficult decisions about their future partnership.
